        1. What does Medicalbasket.com charge for shipping an order ?

             Orders Up to $49.99 - Only $9.95 per order

              Orders $50.01 and FREE SHIPPING!

            Free shipping offer does not apply to Express Air Delivery and certain bulk or oversized items.

             Free shipping offer does not apply to Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and International destinations for consumer orders.

          2. How long will it be before I receive my order?

              For standard shipping, please allow up to 72 hours for processing. You should receive your order within 5-10 business days.

              Please allow additional time for shipments to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO).

           3. Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?

   We do ship all over the world. We do recommend that you call your local  customs office to determine the additional import or tariff fees that may be due      with  your shipment.
4. Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

Shipments can be sent to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.* *Please Note: At this time we cannot ship items considered a hazardous material by the Department of Transportation due to the alcohol content  to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, military addresses (APO, FPO), or US territories (i.e. Guam, Puerto Rico)

 5. Can I expedite my shipping?

The following shipping options are available when you check out.

  • Standard Shipping (delivery within 5-10 business days): Free for orders  over $50 value
  • 2-Business Day Shipping and Handling: $15 per order*
  • 1-Business Day Shipping and Handling: $25 per order*

*Expedited orders must be placed before 1:00PM PST in order to ship out the same day they are placed. Sorry, expedited shipping is not available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses. Expedited shipping is also not available for shipments including items containing hazardous material by the Department of Transportation (fragrances, nail polish, etc).

 Returns & Replacements

Do you process exchanges?

 Unfortunately, MEDICALBASKET.COM is unable to offer exchanges at this time. However, you have 15 days from the purchase date to return your order. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received.

How do I return my order?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 15 days from the purchase date to return it. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received.

Products must be returned in the original box and/or packaging. The original packaging contains an Return Item Authorization Number (RIA # ) that helps us identify your items with your order, so your account can be credited successfully. Please print this email and include it in your shipping box if you do not have the original packaging and corresponding RIA #.

To return your order simply log into your account, click the order number containing the item(s) you wish to return, and then click the "Proceed to Return Process" link . (This option will not be available if your order is outside the 15 day range.) Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned.

It can take around two weeks for your return package to reach us and be processed by our returns team. You will be notified by email once your refund has been applied.

The refund will be applied to the credit card or other method of payment  initially used to make the purchase. Please note that depending on your  financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days  after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement if  you used a credit card (up to 30 days for internationally-issued  cards). Credits applied to Bill Me Later accounts may take up to 30 days  to be reflected on your statement (up to one full billing cycle).  Credits issued to PayPal account should reflect on your account  immediately, but according to PayPal, it could still take up to 30 days  for you to receive your funds.

6. Enter a Shipping Address

If your shipping address is the same as the billing address, check the "My shipping address is the same as my billing address" box.

7. Payment Information

Select your method of payment. View acceptable payment methods here.

If you have a Promotion Code or Gift Card, make sure to check the appropriate box and enter the Promotion code or Gift card number.

8. Select Delivery

Review your order, change shipping options if necessary ..

9. Submit Order

  • Review all the information you have entered. If everything is correct, select “Submit Order Now” to complete the order
  • Do not click more than once, or the system will duplicate your order
  • An order confirmation will appear on your screen with your invoice number
  • We recommend printing a copy of your order confirmation page for your records. We will also immediately email a copy of your order to you
  • We will charge your credit card immediately upon order submission.

View Your Order History

  2. The default view should be Order History.
  3. Click the Order Number link for the order you wish to view.
  4. From the Order Invoice page, you may track your order if it has shipped.

Please Note: International orders may not appear in your order history for up to 5 days. Internationally shipped orders will not show tracking information until your item(s) leave the U.S. hub. Items may take up to 10 business days (15 business days for media) to reach the U.S. hub.

  2. Select the information link on the left (i.e., Email Address, Name, Billing   Address, etc.) that you wish to change.
  3. Enter the updated information.
  4. Click the Submit Changes button to update your information.

Update Your Credit Card Number and Expiration Date

  1. You can access Credit Card information only from the Check-Out page.
  2. After placing items you wish to purchase in your cart, click the “Continue Checkout” button.
  3. Scroll down to the Payment Information screen.
  4. Delete your previous Credit Card number and/or expiration date, then enter   your new information
